It turned out he was pregnant and he kept it a secret from everyone for as long as he could until carol found out and then he finally told blaine who freaked out and called his sister who just so happened to be the nurse in new york who told kurt he was pregnant. Kurt becomes good friends with Sebastian, santana and quinns secret twin and her girlfriend (I can’t remember their names)
